Furnace quit during the night. ProSolutions had a tech out Saturday to diagnose the problem. Provided multiple solutions but the reality was it had to be replaced. They had a team out Sunday morning to install a new furnace. This team did a great job - respectful, well -mannered, and professional. They went the extra mile identifying a few safety issues the hot water heater and addressed them at no extra charge while installing the new furnace.

We've recently moved into a new home and realized there was no humidifier installed and could feel the effects immediately because of it. We called ProSolutions as the municipality that we live in uses them for their services. By the next day they sent over Shane to install our humidifier. Can I get a quote over the phone?

We do not give quotes over the phone because of the details required to provide an accurate representation of work needed to be done. For example, a technician may need to assess your equipment, your existing system, or even the layout of your home to determine cost and work required. However, it is totally free to get an in-home estimate with one of our experienced technicians!

How do I book an appointment?

Do you install customer supplied equipment?

ProSolutions does not install customer supplied equipment (such as furnaces) because we want to ensure the equipment will work with your home, your layout, and your existing system before installation. In addition, many manufacturers require equipment to be purchased by the same installer in order for warranty to be valid.
