The ladies were exceedingly helpful on the phone. They arranged to get someone out ASAP. The serviceman was very knowledgeable. He solved the issue in 10 minutes talking his thought process out to me all the time he was working. This of course was a direct result of me standing 5 feet away and being annoying. In the end it was a simple fix and the 20 plus year old furnace was up and running again. 5 ***** all around. Pro is on speed dial now.
