We used ProSolutions first for a hot water tank and I have already left a 5 star review for that particular service. The first experience with ProSolutions was so good we used them again for our furnace replacement. Of coarse our furnace quit on a day when the temperatures were below -30 and they were able to get a Train furnace installed the same day we made the call.
A couple months later we had a faulty switch that was part of the houses original wiring (nothing to do with the scope of the furnace replacement). This was causing intermittent power supply to the furnace and ProSolutions sent Ryan to troubleshoot and help me through the issue. He was fast, professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. He had the problem isolated in short order and did not charge a service call even though the issue had nothing to do with the new furnace. Will use this team on the next plumbing, heating or AC service without hesitation.
