Customer Service was great! I emailed company and received call back within half an hour. I booked for later in week but they offered to come for next day service. We had Sergio come and replace our outdoor water hose faucet. He phoned ahead to notify and arrived on time. He explained everything, including installation process and gave us a coupon discount. Very friendly and professional.
