A genuine family business that truly cares about each and every one of their customers. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. I will definitely go to ProSolutions when the time comes to replace my water heater. The team at ProSolutions were absolute life savers when my old furnace died suddenly in the middle of winter this year. They came immediately after I called, dropped off several electric heaters and began removing the old furnace while waiting for the installation crew (and the new furnace) to arrive. Then just last night when my carbon monoxide detector went off, which turned out to be a false alarm, the owners personally checked up on how I was doing, and whether I needed anything else. Both of the owners are genuinely helpful and friendly people, even taking the time to walk me through owning and operating a furnace, as I am new to Canada and have never had one before.
