The young man who came to help me out today with my shut-off valve and my outdoor water faucet was wonderful. His name is Craig, and after he got a bit familiar with me, he was so willing to help me understand what choices I had and which one he’d pick if I were his Mom. He got the work done in great time, and I’m perfectly content with everything about his visit. Now that I’m making my household decisions on my own, I find it so challenging to find people that I can trust.
