We woke up on the weekend to our furnace not blowing air and called Pro Solutions. Irene helpfully talked us through a few checks to get our furnace working again, saving us a potentially expensive weekend call out for something we could do ourselves. She even called an hour later to check on the situation and see if we were okay. We decided we should get a tune-up to make sure we’re in good shape for the next cold snap and will absolutely be using ProSolutions tomorrow for that! I really appreciate a business that doesn’t do unnecessary call-outs, and works with clients to find the right solution. I will be recommending them to everyone I know who needs a furnace check.
