One of my furnaces stopped working last night and I called up ProSolutions this morning. A technician was dispatched within a few hours and got the furnace working (a broken hose was discovered). The technician was a very friendly man, professional and very knowledgeable – even gave us a discount. Just for additional background and the confident level I have with ProSolutions. I upgraded one of my furnaces (one of the two), installed a new air conditioner and water tank recently, all with ProSolutions over the years. I had quotes from other companies and the price is very comparable or even slightly cheaper. They will match or beat the other companies price.
