I called last night about a leaking water tank. I spoke with Irene she assured me a tech would be out in the morning to assess the water heater and he would be able to replace same day. She asked if we need assistance with the water which I thought was very considerate of her. We were lucky and caught the problem before it flooded the basement. Craig the technician was very professional he gave us options for a new water heater we choose one that would work for us. Rod the service manager brought over the new tank and they installed it. This is a wonderful company very prompt and efficient. I would recommend them to everyone!
