I had my HWT checked and serviced because of a error code that appeared on the screen. Sergio showed up in the morning and took a look at it and did some trouble shooting and hopefully fixed the problem (this code has appeared a few times over the years..an on going issue). Sergio was super helpful and professional. He gave me some good advice as to why it was popping up intermittently and what can be done if it continues….Great guy and he also explained the company membership they offered and what’s all included in it if you join. I signed up for it as it had great benefits and was not as expensive like other companies who offer it. Definitely be using them again and recommend them to everyone!
