I had David come to my home twice. The first time was to inspect my HRV system since I was having an issue with it. He checked it out and it was a minor issue, which was resolved easily with him explaining a few things to me on how to run it. It was no charge since I have there premium membership, which I think is worth the 20 month it cost. It has a lot of benefits. The second day David came over and did a cleaning/flush on my HWT. He did a great job and is extremely knowledgeable in his trade. He gave me a few pointers and is very honest, transparent in what he tells you. I really appreciate that as I can’t stand service people who try to upsell stuff to me that I don’t need! I highly recommend David or the company in general if you have any repair issues.
