Overall great service! I’m a bit of a skeptic when it comes to trades people as there is always potential to be taken advantage of but the tech gave me every assurance that he knew what he was doing and would be able to get the boiler going quickly. Very knowledgeable and shows a lot of care and concern for the customer. His assistant was equally professional, friendly and competent.
