Today I had two technicians (an older Master and younger Apprentice) replace my furnace and hot water tank on an emergency call during a -30 cold snap…I honestly can’t say enough good things; The gents were a joy to be around, and their professionalism spoke for itself in the immaculate job they did. Easiest 5 stars ever!
