Sergio was so polite and helpful. We bought a house with soft water system, we needed to ensure it was working properly. I appreciate that the first thing he told us, was if the soft water tank is too old its not worth fixing. I love that honesty. He was able to explain everything, and tell us how to properly maintain the system
