I originally called Monday morning as our furnace died overnight. We had never dealt with this before so we got about 4 different quotes. Dylan came out right away and walked me through all the options and what we would need, what we wouldn’t, never tried to upsell at all. He even told me the upgrade probably wouldn’t make much noticeable difference and where our money was going to be best spent. 3 other quotes were all hard to get a hold of, barely gave any info, booking a week out, trying to add stuff on that we didn’t think we needed. Sent an email Wednesday night to discuss changing the quote and we had a response at 8am and a team at our door by noon to install our new furnace. They knew exactly what they were doing, and had our house heated in no time. Rod even told me at 8 that if they couldn’t get here today, they’d drop off heaters. Amazing customer service. Would definitely recommend.
